WARRANTY
JETMOTO CANADA WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THAT IT WILL REPLACE FREE OF CHARGE, ANY PART FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP, FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS NOTED BELOW.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
tires, batteries, starters, brakes, body parts, parts that are damaged by abuse or neglect or accident, fluids, shipping charges, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages. Repairs or replacement do not extend this warranty beyond the period associated with the original date of purchase. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR OR SHIPPING.
Jetmoto Canada makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose implied by law, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those provided by law.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
